In the UK there is a new service called www.carbonsquash.co.uk which you can use to search the web. When you use it they guarantee to give 50% of their profits to fund carbon offset projects.

Good to see a bit of forward thinking from Yahoo 10/10 – “Carbon offsetting as
you search, that’s got to be a good thing”!

I am now using it as my default search engine – it’s quite a funky site!
